Anouncement: HDD to print!

Hello Everyone,

In keeping with the current trend of blogs going to print, I am excited to announce that HotDogDayz!!!-THE ZINE is now in progress. It's primarily a cut and paste (like scissors and Elmer's) art-based zine with some other random stuff thrown in. (You know, trains, graff, punk-rock, hip-hop, shitty advice, fashion critiques, etc.) The majority of it will be printed in black & white with a few pages of color. HDD will be super cheap, if not free. Therefore, I am open to the idea of selling inexpensive add-space to offset the cost of printing. If you'd like to advertise something, contact me to work out the details. Also, if you'd like to contribute, let me know. The first issue will be available by mid-November and available at the Back Alley Gallery Fall Sale.

In the meantime, please continue to send me your DBNBs, RSCs, and hate mail. As always, everyone remains anonymous unless otherwise noted.

And comments too! Please continue to leave comments. I'm sure you can agree, more times than not, the comments are far better than anything I've posted.

Hopefully I'll be back soon with a long-winded, comma-laden invective about how I totally missed the boat on Cougars.

Oh yeah, and someday I may get around to backing up that statement about punk's immeasurable impact on art, culture and economics...but don't count on it.

That's all for now.

Yes, mail would work best for me as well. I only fly over the midwest. wink, wink.

  4. I'll believe it when I see it. Weren't you going to be doing a bike ride for charity or something??

  5. What part of NOON don't you understand? JK! So is the 'zine going to mostly stuff we've already seen on here?

what ever happened to the "interview" that took place. will we be able to read that in the zine?

  8. My editor canned the local blog feature to make more room for more restaurant coverage. If anyone is interested, I still have the unedited interview in it's entirety. For that matter, so does Mr. O'Brien. He already posted it here once...
